General Information /shipping & delivery
1. All the goods are brand new in orginal packing and tags.
2. The goods wil usually be shipped within 48 hours after confirmation of the cleared payment.
3. In case of goods out of stock or with no right sizes, we will inform you within 48 hours, please check your email during this period, and give us your feedback asap, and either to refund the money to you immediately or ask for your permission, providing you with similar styles of products, or offering any other sizes that are right for you.
4. From the day we advise you of the tracking number, it takes 1-3 days for the shipping information to be updated on the carrier's website, please check it by then.
5. Since the day the tracking number online, for customers from the USA or the U.K., it takes 4 to 12 days for the goods to arrive there.
Return policy:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Items must be returned within 5 days exactly as the original condition after you receive the goods. Buyers are responsible for the shipping charges. And a restock fee of 20% of the total price will be charged.
